How To Obtain CE Credits

No purchase required to view any content; however, if you would like CE credit to submit to the Georgia Board of Court Reporting (BCR Login) upon completion of a video, purchase is required for that credit.  You must be a member in good standing with GCRA to obtain your certificate.

1. Click on the CE banner at the top of the Homepage.  There, you will find all sessions from GCRA's 2021, 2022, and 2023 Virtual Seminars, separated by year.

2. Click the Watch Video button for any content you would like to view.

3.  If you are seeking CE credits from the Georgia Board of Court Reporting, you will click the Take Quiz button for that course.  Please note, fast forwarding/rewinding is disabled.  For 2021 videos, quiz questions are given beforehand in the course description, so jot them down.  For all other videos, there's a code at the end.  You will need to either provide the correct answers to the quiz questions provided in the course description or the code provided at the end of the video, whichever is applicable to the session, in order to receive a certificate.

4.  Once your quiz is submitted, you will automatically be sent to the payment page.  Upon completion of payment and a passing quiz score or correct code, GCRA will send you a Certificate of Completion for you to upload to your BCR Login within five business days.

Punctuation by the Numbers - Art Cochran

         About: Punctuation by the Numbers is a game for three teams. Each team will be shown two versions of a sentence on a screen, only one of which is punctuated correctly. Each member of the team will enter in the chat box, simultaneously, the number of the sentence they believe is correct, either 1 or 2. If the majority of the members get the correct answer, that team gets a point. The questions will cover all the major punctuation marks, plurals, possessives, hyphens, capitalization, numbers, homonyms, and one-word/two-word combinations.
